Venice

Venice (or Venezia in Italian) is the capital of the Veneto region. It is spread over 118 islands connected by over 400 bridges. Venice and its lagoons were listed as a World heritage Site in 1987.

This is our second visit to Venice

No vehicles are allowed in Venice. The only mode of public transport is by waterbuses (or vaporetto) which travel along the main canals, to the outer islands and the lagoons.
