Espanya Station

We headed straight to the Barcelona Cathedral once we reached Barcelona as we were late for our timed entry at 3.00 pm.

Train back to Barcelona

Our return to Barcelona took more than 2.5 hours. We had to stop on the way because of an accident. Wasted 1.5 hours on the train. Arghh!




Well the consolation is we didn't have to stand

Montserrat means the "serrated mountain". The highest point is at 1,236 m.

Funicular de Sant Joan

This funicular started its operation in 1918. It will take visitors straight to the top of Montserrat.
