We took the train to Cardiff from Paddington Station the next day.

We had our breakfast at Paddington Station. Our train to Cardiff was at 9.15 am.

We chose this hotel because it is near North Lodge where our girl was staying in Tottenham Hale.

Heathrow to Tottenham Hale

We took the tube from Heathrow to Tottenham Hale Station. If you travel to London often, it is worthwhile to keep your Oyster Card so that you don't have to queue to buy the card every time you arrived in London.

Our trip to England this July was to attend our daughter's Call to the English Bar at Lincoln's Inn. We did a driving tour of Wales in the following manner and a day trip to York.

We took the metro further east towards our hotel to Espanya Station to save on our taxi fare since we have two more rides left on our T10. 

The T10 ticket entitles one to 10 rides on the metro or bus

We could also share the ticket between the two of us
