This is not a Ramen museum. It is a food court consisting of 8 selected renowned Ramen shops from all over Japan. The setting is a reconstructed street in Tokyo in 1958

We tried the Ryushanhai Ramen. The best Ramen we ever tasted. It was really spicy - see the jar of ice water provided
