Yang Rou Pao Mo at Tong Sheng Xiang Restaurant

Eating Yang Rou Pao Mo at Tong Sheng Xiang Restaurant is a unique experience in itself. This restaurant is just next to our hotel.

First, you buy your ticket at the counter. Then you find a place to sit. The waiter will come and give you two pieces of hard bread and an empty bowl and write your table number on the ticket.

You tear the bread into small pieces and place them into the bowl.

You then bring the bowl to the kitchen window and leave it there together with your ticket. They will fill it up with a hot mutton broth and bring it back to you.
