Trevi Fountain

Nicola Salvi designed the largest and most famous fountain in Rome in 1762. The central figures are Neptune, flanked by two tritons, one trying to master an unruly sea-horse, the other leading a quieter beast, symbolizing the two contrasting moods of the sea.

It is believed that if you throw a coin into the fountain, you will return to Rome sometime in the future. I threw two coins; hopefully I will be back : Twice!
