Pearl Jiaozi. It is as small as a pinky finger tip and is filled with chicken.
Personally I think they are way too expensive at RMB 200 per person. Anyway it is nice to try it once and tell the world that I have eaten the Dumpling Banquet in Xian. We then tried the dumplings downstairs where the locals eat. They are a lot nicer. And cheaper.
