We arrived in the afternoon from Verona. We started by walking through the maze of houses to find Santa Maria Gloriosa del Frari and got lost on our way back. We took a gondola ride before going for dinner in Piazza San Marco in a water taxi.
The next morning we went back to Piazza San Marco to see the Basilica di San Marco. We were then treated to a demonstration of a Venetian glass blower. Later we joined a guided tour of the Palazzo Ducale and the Bridge of Sighs. We took a speed boat to Burano for lunch.
We spend the whole afternoon wandering in Venice's labyrinth of mazes and had our dinner near Rialto Bridge before taking a water bus back to our hotel. We left for Rome the next morning
