No visit to Beijing is complete without trying the Beijing Roast Duck 😋. Quanjude is a time-honoured brand for its roast duck. It was founded in 1864 during the Qing Dynasty. We went to their flagship shop in Qianmen. We arrived at 6.00 pm hoping to avoid the long queue. The restaurant was already packed and we were ushered to a hall on the second floor.
