This pavilion functioned as a court of law. There are 264 painted panels arrenged in several tiers. The ceilings depict scenes from Bhima Swarga which was incorporated into the Balinese tradition from Mahabharata.
The apex is a carved lotus flower surrounded by four gilded doves
