The Gotthard Panorama Express consists of two parts. It begins in Lucerne by steamboat to Fluelen and from Fluelen to Lugano by train; or in the opposite direction. The total distance travelled is 182 km in approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes.
The steamboat
The steamboat departed at 11.12 am. The cruise along Lake Lucerne took about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Fluelen.
