The Cross
This spot marks a stop on the Slea Head Drive where one can have a good view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Fahan Beehives Huts
This was our first stop on the Slea Head Drive. The beehive huts can be found all over County Kerry, The exact age of the huts is uncertain. They are estimated to be built between 8th to 12th centuries AD. The huts are drystone dwellings built without mortar by corbelling (a technique where flat stones are placed overlapping inward over one another until a roof is formed)

Slea Head Drive
The Slea Head Drive is a 47-kilometre circular route starting and ending in Dingle. It forms part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Unless you are a resident, you must drive it clockwise.
We started in Dingle-> Fahan Beehive Huts-> Cashel Murphy-> The Cross-> Coomeenoole Beach-> Dunquin Pier-> Lunch at Krugger's Bar-> Gallarus Oratory -> Inch Beach Lookout-> Dingle.
It was drizzling
And so misty that we couldn't see the Atlantic Ocean

Delicious!
St Mary's Church
This is a Catholic church built in the 1860s. There is a cute artist's impression of the 14 Stations of the Cross.
