Hofburg Innsbruck is one of the three most important historic buildings of Austria along with Schonbrunn Palace and Hofburg Vienna. The palace was expanded by Maximilian I around 1500 and completely remodelled in the Baroque and Rococo style by Maria Theresa between 1754 and 1773.
