Bistecca alla Fiorentina

This is one of our must do's in Florence. We decided to eat at Braciere Malatesta which just opposite our hotel. It is a T-bone steak with fillet on one side and sirloin on the other. The steak is between 3 to 4 fingers thick and weigh between 800g to 1.2 kg
