Goodbye Lugano

We spent some time walking around the town after breakfast. The town was so quiet because it was a Sunday.

We walked up Via Cattedrale to the cathedral again

We will be leaving Lugano today. We will take the Bernina Express to Chur.

Our Swiss Travel Pass entitled us to travel free on the trains to and fro from Lugano, the cruise on Lake Maggiore and the bus from Ascona to Locarno.

Ascona

Ascona is a little town situated on the coast of Lake Maggiore.

We took the bus back to Locarno
