Santorini

Santorini lies in the Aegean Sea and is part of the Cyclades islands. Thira is the island's ancient and official name. However, the Greeks prefer its medieval name, Santorini. It is known for its whitewashed villages, blue-domed churches, dramatic volcanic cliffs and spectacular sunsets.

The shops and restaurants are situated along the coast overlooking the caldera. We spent the evening exploring this place.
