Dead Sea Mud
This mud comes from the Dead Sea floor and is laden with Magnesium and other minerals like Sodium, Potassium and Calcium. When applied onto the skin, it becomes a natural lotion and helps cure skin ailments such as eczema and other illness such as rheumatism. It is also use as a beauty product.
The Dead Sea water has probably killed all the bacteria on our bodies. Now for the cosmetics effects.
Ta-dah!
Let the mud dry for 20 minutes before washing them off
See, I got an admirer immediately

Floating in the Dead Sea
This is the highlight of our trip to Jordan. The high density of the sea water enables us to float.
Can't wait to jump in !
Reading the newspaper while floating in the Dead Sea
Neither can I but just can't resist the pose!
The Dead Sea is dying. The water level has dropped by more than 10 m since 1997. The sea is getting further away from the shore. You must visit the Dead Sea before it is gone forever.
Dead Sea Spa Hotel
We reached the hotel around noon and had our lunch first before we could check in.
Resting in the hotel after lunch before we hit the Dead Sea
