Newgrange was buillt around 3200 BC making them older than Stonehenge and the Pyramids of Giza. This kidney shaped mound covers an area of over one acre and is surrounded by 97 kerbstones, Newgrange is part of the larger Bruna Boinne complex which has be designated as a World Heritage Site.
