The must eat food in Kobe is obviosly the Kobe beef. We chose this Kobe beef teppanyaki restaurant. Kobe beef comes from the Tajima cattle. Kobe beef together with Matsusaka, Umi or Yonezawa beef are known as Wagyu beef. Wagyu literally means Japanese Beef of good quality and does not refer to a specific breed.
