Before the opening of the Dunhuang Railway Station, Liuyuan Railway Station was the nearest station to Dunhuang. It is 128 km away and it takes 2.5 hours by bus to reach Dunhuang.
We stopped here for lunch on our way to Dunhuang.
It is now a forlorn town
