This church is next to Peterhouse. Why "Little"? Because down the road is the well-known University church, St Mary the Great. The church's website says " We are smaller, but higher."

Corpus Christi College

King's College
King Henry VI founded this college in 1441. Work on the chapel began 5 years later and took 70 years to complete. It is a splendid example of Gothic architecture in Europe.

We were only allowed to enter into the courtyard of the college. All the buildings are closed to the public.

King's Parade is a historical street in central Cambridge. It is also an ideal place to start a tour of the university's colleges.

One of the biggest challenges faced by blind travelers is obtaining a concept of their surroundings. Braille maps have been difficult to come by, being rare if not non-existent. It also serve as a good visual reference for the sighted.

St Mary the Great
It is the church of the University Cambridge as well as the principal parish church of the city of Cambridge. A church has stood on this site since the 12th century, but the present St. Mary's Church was built in 1478. This church is considered to be the centre of Cambridge.
No full-time student can be a candidate for a Cambridge degree unless he or she has spent at least three terms of residency in Cambridge i.e residing within the 10 mile radius of Great St Mary's church, throughout one's terms of study,
